**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Pharmacy and Customer Service
- Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including, customer confidentiality and consent management
- Be clearly identifiable to the public
- Ensure safe and effective prescription dispensing such as Data Entry, Filling, Adjudications, and Pick-up.
- Be involved with direct patient-care in areas including but not limited to, counselling, injections, medication reviews, and minor ailments.
