Barbosa Residential and Commercial Properties (BRCP) Inc. is looking for an **Property Administrative Assistant **to provide administrative and property management support in the main office and multiple property locations.

**Must have**:

- Driver’s license G class, clean driving record.

**Experience With Following Programs**
- Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

**Education**
- High school education or diploma in administrative studies.

**Capabilities**:

- Organized, and able to prioritize tasked items.
- Professional writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer and tech savvy.

**Job Location**:

- Mississauga, ON (Main Office) - two to three days in the office.
- Traveling to properties when required throughout the week. Mainly to Wasaga Beach office.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Organization skills and prioritizing items as needed.
- Arranging dates for contractors to come to the property and allow enough time to inform tenants.
- Taking calls in regards to complaints, maintenance and general inquiries.
- Writing or filing forms, logs and contracts in appropriate folders for each tenant and location.
- Dealing with possible difficult tenants, and staying professional.
- Looking up contractors or services for the property when needed, and reaching out for quotes.
- Ordering items for office and properties when needed.
- Collecting rent from tenants at the end and beginning of the month.
- Delivering mail to unit boxes or doors.
- Providing Parking Passes for tenants when required.
- Setting up rooms after vacancy for renovations and repairs, cleaning, and providing images as required for showing the unit.
- May require to be on premises when showing units to potential tenants.
- Following up with contractors, tenants or staff when needed.
- Providing LTB Notices to tenants as required and other duties as required.
