Today, we operate sophisticated transport services from terminals along the Windsor-Quebec City 401 corridor, with a fleet of over 450 owner-operators, and 500+ employees operating out of seven main terminals. With construction on an additional three sites currently underway.

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Customer Care Representative at our London terminal.
**Hours**: Monday to Friday Day Shift
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Carry out administrative activities associated with manifesting for various loads.
- Establish work priorities, processing shipments to brokers, and ensures deadlines are met.
- Extensive contact and interaction with the public in situations requiring problem resolution, and duties which relate specifically to customer concerns.
- Research and follow up on customer problems and respond to questions.
- Obtain information from the customer to perform a requested task.
- Tracing and producing P.O.D.'s for customers.
- Calling customers to confirm delivery on unsigned bills.
- Answering customer pick-up calls.
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Customs paperwork considered an asset.
- Previous experience within the transportation industry preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to accommodate a high-volume environment in order to meet deadlines.
