With construction on an additional three sites currently underway._*What Speedy Transport Has to Offer*_* Yearly salary increases based on performance* Bonus pay and paid time off* RRSP Match* Extended health, dental, and vision care* Life and disability insurance* On-site parking.*Position Summary:*We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Customer Care Representative at our London terminal.*Hours:* Monday to Friday Day Shift*Duties & Responsibilities:** Carry out administrative activities associated with manifesting for various loads.* Establish work priorities, processing shipments to brokers, and ensures deadlines are met.* Provide various types of office support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, processing applications for service.* Extensive contact and interaction with the public in situations requiring problem resolution, and duties which relate specifically to customer concerns.* Research and follow up on customer problems and respond to questions.* Obtain information from the customer to perform a requested task.* Tracing and producing P.O.D.'s for customers.* Calling customers to confirm delivery on unsigned bills.* Answering customer pick-up calls.*Qualifications** Knowledge of Customs paperwork considered an asset.* Previous experience within the transportation industry preferred.* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.* Ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment.* Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff.* Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to accommodate a high-volume environment in order to meet deadlines.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $37,440.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental care* Disability insurance* Extended health care* Life insurance* On-site parking* Paid time off* Profit sharing* RRSP match* Vision careFlexible Language Requirement:* French not requiredSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payExperience:* Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
