What you will be doing:
- Compile Ministry reports and prepare/process documents such as program timetable creation, program synopsis verification and data entry for Standard Workload Forms (SWFs);
- Collaborate with Program Advisory Committee members in planning and administrating meetings;
- Collate, distribute and ensure timelines are met for all course-related materials in collaboration with faculty to ensure compliance with Ministry standards, as well as College, academic, and departmental policies and procedures;
- Maintain complete and accurate student records;
- Ensure program integrity through the effective management of synopses/course outlines each academic year in compliance with the College’s Quality Assurance policies and procedure; and
- Facilitate the transfer credit process and prepare student amendment records.

What you will need to be considered:
- 2-year diploma in Office Administration or equivalent; and
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with office systems and software.
