As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an insurance brokerage or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both languages
