The Role:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic sales professional for the role of Sales Associate, NA Partner Accounts. As a key member of the Algo sales team your primary objective will be to build a robust network of partner companies selling, installing and servicing Algo products. You will lead the Algo Authorized Integrator Program with a dedicated focus on training, supporting and growing Algo’s network of North American partner. You will work in tandem with the Marketing and Sales Managers to prioritize partners and implement plans to support their success and gain their loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings and the ability to communicate their value effectively to customers. We emphasize a consultative, educational approach to sales, making it crucial for you to become a product expert. Given the technical nature of our product category, a knack for quickly grasping new technology is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Algo Authorized Integrator Program
- Serve as an Algo product expert, communicating product benefits to existing and new partners.
- Identify and engage new potential partners to the Algo program, ensuring robust geographic and technical capability coverage
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Managers to enhance the program communication and operations.
- Work with customer service team to ensure team is well aware of the partner network connecting the right end customers with Algo partners in a professional, efficient manner
- Work with channel sales team to onboard more partners via channel partnerships.
- Collaborate with other Sales Associates to effectively serve customers through our sales channels
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Algo's products and services (some travel required, within Canada and US).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Prioritize a partnership and customer service mindset to solve partner challenges as the most accessible sales resource to our partner channel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with channel partners.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Aptitude for learning new technology and eagerness to understand new industries and product categories.
- Proven experience working cross functionally with different disciplines (i.e. marketing, engineering, accounting)
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience and asset) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required (Canada and US)
