**What You'll Do**:
- Collaborate with the founders to develop and execute the sales strategy, identifying target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage a sales pipeline, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales tactics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Experience working with construction industry clients is highly preferred.
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Rep (SDR) transitioning into an Account Executive role is okay.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
