**Parts Coordinator**
**Pentalift Equipment Corporation** is one of North America's leading manufacturers of loading dock equipment and industrial material handling equipment.
We are currently seeking a permanent **Parts person** to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing aftermarket sales activities for all external and internal customers. This is an inside sales role and does not require any cold calling.
This role is full time days, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assist external and internal customers with identification of parts.
- Provide customers with pricing and lead time information.
- Process orders, including order entry, order distribution, monitoring completion progress of manufactured parts, completing all order documentation, and coordinating order fulfillment and shipping.
- Coordinate authorization for return of parts, advising of restocking fees and generating credit paperwork, etc.
- Update part information in database as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communicator with superior customer service skills.
- Experienced in a fast pace environment with an aptitude for time management and multi-tasking.
- Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
