OVERVIEW

Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Basics

*
Answer and direct phone calls *

Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
*
Maintain contact lists *
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms *
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports *
Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements

Submit and reconcile expense reports *

Provide general support to visitors
- Generate reports

Handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor invoices

*
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. *

Cover the reception desk when required
*

Resolve administrative problems
*
Receive, sort, and distribute the mail *
Manage staff appointments *
Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff *
Coordinate repairs to office equipment *
Provide polite and professional communication *
Conduct data entry

Maintain suitable and clean work environment The Company AxelBlac Inc. is essentially a sales and leadership development agency We currently house 3 brands with equity stake in each company so attention to detail and appropriate branding and filing for each customer is key. There are specific tasks to complete for each company's submission processes, accounting and payroll processing Below outlines a few requirements for each company.**Green Savings Group**

Green Savings Group is a leading long-term provider of Smart home automation and energy-efficient products in Ontario and one of the largest rental providers bringing energy solutions such as HVAC, smart home, and automation to approximately 60,000 customers. Their cost-neutral programs provide innovative solutions that allow the customers to choose from an array of plans to suit their lifestyle and comfort levels with market knowledge that includes flexible plans. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Agent Payroll and Profit Splits
- Job Submissions
- Client scheduling when needed

At Solify We do solar differently. As a tier-1 provider, we take care of all the steps in between to ensure an energy solution that is custom fit for each home — making the process of going solar simple and easy. Since our inception, we have only offered our customers the highest quality solar & energy solutions products available on the market. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Agent Payroll and Profit Splits
- Finance Application
- Ordering permit sets and engineering design
- Sending customer job status updates
- Invoicing for technicians
- Application finalizing with utility

Please note: This is a part time/ on call position. We currently have a full time administrator however need to have someone who would be able to come in on days when the other administrator is not available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
