**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Large & Complex Loss Project Manager in our Restoration Division. This position will be based out of our Insurance Restoration Division in Ottawa.**

**THE POSITION**
- Perform site inspections and accurately record all related details of any necessary emergency and repair work
- Develop and design scope for all new insurance claims
- Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate quotations
- Confirm deductibles and obtain payment prior to starting repairs, schedule & request progress draws for large projects from clients as required from management
- Create and execute project schedules and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Perform site inspections of projects both prior to, during and upon completion of restoration to determine compliance with approved estimate
- Prepare and maintain timely and accurate reports
- Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Proactive in response to all Insured/Client inquiries, concerns or complaints and resolve any issues as soon as possible
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
- Consistently meet or exceed industry monitored KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for each project
- Participate in on-call rotation

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- 5-7 years Project Management experience within the Restoration Insurance industry
- IICRC Certifications strongly preferred
- Minimum 2-years experience using Xactimate is required
- Experience working in or with various trades considered an asset
- Experience handling large loss claims $200,000 + in value
- Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
