We are a small and passionate Systems Management team with a start up feel and large company resources. We are developing operational solutions for Compass Group Canada and looking to work with equally passionate and kind individuals. We are advancing and implementing a series of tools used to manage operations in the food and beverage industry. We will be growing and continuing development of current and new projects - Including Enterprise scaling with connections to existing and third-party systems, with results aimed at business analytics, operational efficiency, and creating industry changing systems.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, goals and results that support business goals in collaboration with all partners
- Develop SOPs and playbooks
- Build and handle (directly and indirectly) teams to meet the resource needs required of each project
- Build and implement end-to-end project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
- Coordinate project activities between team members, while improving their efficiency to achieve project goals
- Cultivate relationships vital to the success of the project
- Resolve and/or advance issues in a timely fashion
- Identify, assess, and minimize risks throughout the project life cycle
- Create and maintain all project documentation pertinent to the project, including but not limited to, status reports, work plans, presentations
- Understand team dynamics and adapt project management methodology as needed to ensure project success
- Assist in developing project management standard methodologies
- All other tasks as delegated by Director

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Agile is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise projects
- Confirmed ability to define and implement change strategies
- Validated business analytical capabilities to solve business issues
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Travel as needed (less than 10%)
- Solution/Resolution/Problem Solving minded
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to adapt change
- Ability to work as part of a team and be independent and self-motivated
- Good organizational skills
- **Must be Nice**

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
