Project Manager Job Posting

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Manager

This is a 1-year On-Site contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with one of our public sector client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must have a valid Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Create clear and attainable project plans and schedules, build project requirements, and manage project costs, time, scope, and quality;
  • Conduct SA&A assessments as required
  • Delivery of a large-scale cyber security program which includes planning, execution, implementation, and close out activities;
  • Management of financial budgets;
  • Management of resource plans;
  • Management of project schedules;
  • Stakeholder collaboration which includes, but is not limited to, our delivery partners and external vendors, and internal Stakeholders;
  • Developing and presenting status reports;
  • Management and oversight on dependencies;
  • Supporting our project delivery team members;
  • Other day-to-day project management activities;
  • Assistance with developing project business cases;
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Must have a university degree or diploma in Business Administration or any related field;
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the public sector;
  • Must hold a valid CISSP Certification PMP certified or Prince2 Certified would be an asset;
  • Experience working for 2+ years in Agile Methodology;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Cyber security initiatives would be a strong asset;
  • Experience with Jira would be considered an asset;
