**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase requests in compliance with established policies and procurement procedures.
- Evaluate software and procedures to enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Coordinate material movement between offices to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Manage product and material receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor inventory levels, including quantity, lot status, and expiration dates, to meet quality assurance standards.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years experience in materials procurement, purchasing coordination, or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations for process improvement.
