**Daily Duties**:

- Supervise participants throughout all programmed activities
- Maintain safety and security of all participants
- Ensure that a 1:4 ratio is kept at all times
- Always maintain an open dialogue with parents, guardians and co workers
- Maintain organization of all participant records and information binders
- Complete sign in/sign out and attendance sheets
- Complete all paperwork (incident reports, behavioural logs, communication logs, progress reports etc.) as required
- Adhere to confidentiality agreements
- Prep materials required for daily programming
- Delegating tasks to staff members
- Prep Daily Schedules alongside the Director
- Should any incidents arise, you are taking the lead and calling the appropriate parties as per protocols in place

**Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure the appropriate paperwork is in order
- Assist in completing intakes and meeting with participants and families
- Create, and update as needed, all documents that pertain to Fostering Forever Friendships
- Program daily activities
- Helping to find and execute volunteering opportunities
- At times, completing other administrative duties that present themselves
- Helping to create the bi-weekly visual schedule

**Expectations**:

- Attend all scheduled staff meetings and debriefings at the end of each day
- Meet with the Director each week to discuss anything that needs to be done
- Take on a leadership role
- Arrive on time for your shifts and clock in accordingly
- Give as much notice as possible if unable to make a shift and notify Director
- Come dressed in comfortable, appropriate staff attire
- Remain calm and professional when dealing with parents, guardians and members of the public

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
