Finance That is a fast growing business in Canada that specializes in many different sectors.

Our team takes pride in helping clients rebuild and re-establish their credit history through financing. Our goal is to help as many people obtain qualified financing solutions in a challenging credit environment.

**This position is 50,000 Base Salary plus a healthy commission..**

We want someone driven, hungry and humble Agents in this role make 80,000-100,000 in their first year and are supported to succeed. The role can be very lucrative, for the right individual.

**Job Duties**:

- 200 Dials per week expected (50 dials per day)
- Persistent in keeping up with contact sales pipeline.
- Vehicle sourcing and selection.
- Work out payments and financing with credit approvals.
- Learn how to finance vehicles and achieve highest gross profit per vehicle
- Learn how to read credit bureau
- Working with Subprime customers.
- preparing for delivery.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the purchase within a deadline.
- Establish relationships with dealer partners

**What We Look for**:

- 5+ years of experience with subprime lending, mortgages, credit and collections (AUTOMOTIVE)
- 5 years Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Basic idea of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
