**PURPOSE**
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- 1-2 years experience in insurance, collections and or legal preferred
- French speaking considered an asset
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint/Adobe Pro
- Highly self-motivated and takes initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional business writing skills
- Ability to cope with high pressure and tight deadlines
- Skip tracing and collection experience an asset
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to support the Director of Recovery & Remarketing and Recovery Supervisor
- Support in the preparation and organization of regularly scheduled reports such as Condition Reports
- Assisting with billing and accounting tasks
- Collecting lien discharges from 3rd party companies
- Managing RSLA documentation
- Communicating with debtors effectively to ensure the efficient operation of Northlake Financial
- Other tasks required for Northlake Financial and other administrative duties.
