As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and building owners to understand their roofing supply needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

We are seeking an outside sales rep to generate sales and maintain relationships with our b2b and b2c customers.

You pay will be based on base salary plus certain percentage of sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and building owners to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our roofing supplies.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

- University or College Degree
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour
- Highly motivated to succeed in a sales role
- Enjoy speaking with clients over the phone and in person

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
