**Job Description - Pet Travel Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pet Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a Pet Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting, organizing and working with Pet parents to ensure their pet has a smooth travel experience to their destination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the travel arrangements the safe transportation of pets.
- Addresses and responds to client concerns with professionalism and care.
- Obtains correct information related to the pets’ travel or medical details.
- Able to schedule and book vet appointments in a timely manner.
- Provides excellent customer service to clients each and every time.
- Collaborates and liaises with airlines, veterinarians and government agencies as and when needed.
- Stays up to date on changes or amendments to travel arrangements and communicates effectively with clients and the Relopet team.
- Is attentive to the pet and pet owners needs and addresses them with professionalism and care.
- Update the relevant information and details in the Relopet International portal and systems.
- Aware of health and safety, government rules and regulations of international pet travel.
- Pays close attention to pet safety and raises any concerns to the Relopet team.
- Travel may be required to and from veterinarians, airlines and government agencies as and when needed.
- Updates changes to the pets’ travel in the relevant systems and portals as and when needed.

**Key Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience in administration and customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with clients and 3rd party providers.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Client relationship management skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
- Previous experience in pet handling and pet care(preferred)
- Interest in pet relocation and understanding of travel requirements(an asset)

**Benefits**
