JLL is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage the administration of the benefits program for our Canadian operations and be part of the North American benefits team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our employee benefits programs and will collaborate with the Canadian HR team and key benefits providers. We will rely on your expertise and analysis to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
The is a hybrid role based in Toronto with an expectation to be in the JLL Corporate office 2-3 times per week.
**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
Benefits Administration and Operations
Ensure benefits and RRSP plans are administered in accordance with policy contracts.
Manage relationships with RRSP and benefit plan vendors, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of benefit and RRSP plans with vendor, HRIS, and Payroll systems.
Liaise with the insurance carrier and employees/dependents for accident, dependent life and life insurance-related claims.
Manage underwriting approvals from the insurance carriers for Optional Life, disabled dependent coverage and late enrolments for dependents.
Work with the Leaves Management team to provide guidance, and/or updates to policy, processes, etc.
Promote and communicate benefit and RRSP plans and updates to employees.
**Health and Well-Being**:
Promote health and financial well-being management initiatives and collaborate with Americas Wellbeing Program Manager.
Implement targeted communication strategies to increase employee engagement including the JLL Well-Being Newsletters.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Modify processes and programs as appropriate to ensure success in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
Review data on employee satisfaction, performance, etc. to make recommendations for improvements to employee engagement.
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in benefits administration, including knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in HRIS, IT, and payroll systems.
Knowledge of health management programs and initiatives.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and implement process improvements.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
