**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computerized embroidery machines (Burdan Machine) to create custom designs on various types of sportswear.
- Read and interpret design specifications, ensuring accurate placement, color selection, and stitch quality.
- Load and unload embroidery machines with the correct thread colors and materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products for quality, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production deadlines.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity in the embroidery department.
- Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the embroidery industry.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.

**Salary**: $19.50-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:
