Customer Support Specialist

Motive Energy Systems is the leading supplier of Industrial Batteries across Canada. We have created a strong and loyal customer base that we are continually cultivating and are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Your main role as Customer Support Specialist will be to help us grow even further by improving and maintaining back-office efficiencies. You must be personable, organized and proactive all while being able to be self-motivated in order to meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Engaging in boardroom meetings
- Support Senior Sales Initiatives
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary degree, or high school diploma with administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
