Hawks Transportation is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative [Trucking] to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
- Contribute to a high-performance team environment through personal actions, exceeding monthly targets, and a strong commitment to corporate values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ years of experience in a similar role as a Sales Representative in transportation or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: $33,100.00-$128,333.49 per year
