**Job description**

Sales Support Representative Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct product knowledge and sales training with third party sales staff remotely and within retail locations.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Work with our team of contractors to establish open lines of communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Focused sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Maintain displays and provide update recommendations when needed.
- Conduct in person and virtual sales presentation.

Sales Support Representative Requirements:

- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Computer literacy
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

This role comes with paid mileage, a cell phone stipend as well as laptop and/or tablet. A vehicle is required due to the travel within the territory. We offer benefits as well as a competitive salary and bonus structure.

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
