**Marine Technician**

**Duties**:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on boats and marine equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes and tune-ups
- Install new parts and equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in the area of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience with marine equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed
