**FULLTIME DOCKHAND - SEASONAL**

2023 Season with an opportunity to return the following year

**This role reports to**:
Supervisor/Owner

**Young’s Wilderness Camp,** located in Northwestern Ontario, is a fishing and hunting camp which employs 8 to 10 people. We value excellent customer service, teamwork, respectful & friendly environment, assurance of safety & health for all. Our mission is to provide an awesome wilderness experience for all our guests with a vision to connect and draw people to an amazing fishing camp that fosters lifelong relationships.

- Organized with the ability to meet time sensitive duties
- Enjoy living on an island
- Boater’s licence

**Duties**
- Daily maintenance of boats/motors
- Meet, greet, and transport guests
- Boat launching and docking
- Ground maintenance
- Haul groceries
- Filet fish
- Minor equipment repair

**Salary**:Based on experience

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nestor Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- boating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Boater's Licence (preferred)
