**Product Development Manager**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Join our Innovation team as a Product Development Manager and help shape the future of energy. We’re looking for a dynamic self-starter with 10+ years of experience, preferably in EPFC firms and SAGD projects. You'll advance our innovation agenda, working closely with stakeholders to redefine how things are done in the energy industry.

This role directly reports to the Vice President of Product Innovation.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead New Product Development, Program Development, and Product Enhancement initiatives.
- Create and execute Product Roadmaps with 1, 3, and 10-year goals.
- Focus on user-first solutions, ensuring products meet end-user needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients to bring ideas to life.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Energy Engineering with APEGA accreditation.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in innovative environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Keen to learn new technologies related to energy transition.
- Able to multitask and work simultaneously on big-picture and detailed, technical and non-technical activities.
- Demonstrated initiative, advocacy for teamwork, innovative thinking, and problem-solving aptitude.

Pay: $120,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
