We are looking for a technician who is responsible to provide desktop support to our managed clients. Hardware, software, and related function to ensure optimum productivity of our clients.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound phone enquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients.
- Prioritize tickets based on severity and impact.
- Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and situations with critical thinking skills.
- Resolve support issues such as password resets, new user creations, etc.
- Learn and work with new technologies on a constant basis
- Work on the client’s site or remotely.
- Ensure that all work is carried out and documented in accordance with existing standards, methods, and procedures.
- Research and seek software updates, settings, configuration, known issues, and new solutions in order to aid in problem resolution.
- Continuous improvement of self through workshops, certifications, job shadows etc.

**Proficiency in supporting the following technologies**:

- Microsoft Windows Environments
- Active Directory
- DNS
- Routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks
- VPN
- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10/11
- Mac OS
- Microsoft Office 2013/2016/2019/2021

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of help desk | Desktop Support experience or education or a combination of both.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proactive hands-on, do whatever it takes to get the job done attitude.
- Learn and work with new technologies on a constant basis.
- Have a reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
