**IT Technician and ER Support**

**Overview**: The IT Technician and ER Support is responsible to provide IT support to all employees.

**Reports to**: Team Lead Technology Services

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the IT system of Kuzco Group companies.
- Installation, setup, and configuration of PC hardware, printers, copiers and other devices.
- Maintenance of phone system by adding, changing or deleting extensions and hardware.
- Installation, setup and configuration of licensed software, including but not limited to, MS Windows, MS Office, and mobile devices.
- Purchase of equipment, and maintain an inventory list of company property.
- Support for LAN and WAN connections situated on-site.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors, external contractors, project team members and internal employees for any IT projects.
- Maintain ERP system including Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and SalesPad.
- Provide technical support to end-users, managing ticket systems and establishing service level agreements.
- Learn Salesorder for configurations, data import features, Salesorder ticket system to support during needs of the department.
- Other duties as required.

**Key Skills / Traits**:

- Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2012 and up, Office 365 and backup software
- Basic programming and scripting skills
- Experience with Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and system operational support
- Knowledge in Linux server setup and configuration, Apache Web Server, Microsoft IIS Server, Microsoft Exchange server, and the server virtualization
- Experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software with Windows platforms
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in ERP an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
