As an Electronics Technician specializing in cell phones and computer hardware, your primary responsibility is to diagnose, repair, and update electronic devices while providing excellent customer service. This encompasses smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosing Hardware Issues: Utilize your expertise to diagnose hardware malfunctions in various electronic devices, including cell phones and computers.
- Repair and Replacement: Perform necessary repairs and component replacements, including soldering and microelectronics, to address hardware issues effectively.
- Software Updates: Ensure devices are up-to-date with the latest software and firmware updates, enhancing performance and security.
- Software Troubleshooting: Resolve software-related problems impacting device functionality, such as operating system errors and driver issues.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues, repair options, costs, and timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to verify repairs and updates, ensuring devices are fully functional before returning them to customers.
- Updating the customers with the progress regularly
- Making documentations and updating your tickets everyday

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues across cell phones and computer hardware and gaming electronics.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and explaining technical concepts.
- Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to ongoing learning.

- Previous experience in repairing mobile & Computer devices is highly preferred
- Previous Expert repairs for gaming consoles like Xbox, Playstations
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized equipment for device repairs
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to analyze technical problems and find effective solutions
