**The Job**

The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation for décor, flowers and our event space. The Sales & Operations Manager will also be responsible for sales, analytics, productivity, CRM maintenance and other support functions within the team. They will be the primary point of contact for the team and will work closely with our Executive Director to generate sales & revenues and overall growth of the team within the organization.

**The Expectations**
- Must have a mature, positive attitude with previous management or HR experience
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Pure Lush Designs and Co core products via successful completion of required sales training, and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead Sales Support operations.
- Work with Executive Director to create and maintain a world-class sales culture, focused on delivering results.
- Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the team. Motivate and drive performance of the Team.
- Build on key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the team in accomplishing company goals.
- Manage a successful office support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics & sales targets.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards and ensure staff are following company protocol to maintain professional image
- Serve as the main point of contact for team and clients and address calls for most general business issues; escalate to Executive Director, as appropriate.
- Develop sales & marketing strategic plans to grow business aligning with company goals
- Work closely with the Executive Director following the company's marketing plan and budgets to drive strategy for company growth.
- Proactively monitor networks to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Cold Call clients to book event décor consultation appointments
- Set up & attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes
- Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner
- Work closely with team and the Executive Director to address contract issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of contract review.
- Oversee all communications between the sales team, operations and management
- Staff scheduling and reviews
- Accountable for booking and increasing Corporate/Wedding/Social Event Décor business, through the development of new business (sales) and active follow up of existing inquiries
- Generate leads by actively monitoring and engaging in ads on Facebook Buy& Sell wedding groups
- Planning of corporate events & customer events including annual client appreciation event
- Work with team to create, implement, and track successful digital and social media marketing campaigns that maximize Pure Lush Designs and Co online presence and lead generation opportunities
- Set up décor as an events crew member for effective selling of our product
- Cross-training in other departments to cover sick days, vacations as necessary
- As we are a small but growing company you will need to roll up your sleeves from time to time to help in other departments and for staff training.
- Deliver Flowers on occasions if short staffed

**Who You Are**
- Previous management or HR experience a must
- Must be highly organized with a strong ability to multi task and prioritize tasks
- 1-2 years of sales experience selling to a variety of market segments
- History of meeting and exceeding sales targets
