With our experienced travel and décor specialists, DestaWed is an all-in-one destination wedding agency creating one of a kind experience for your special day. We have locations in Toronto, Vancouver, Houston and London, and our experienced specialists are available to help with the entire wedding process.

This role is based out of our Brampton office. Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

**Role: Administrator of Sales and Operations**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing sales materials
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and operational strategies
- Coordinate logistics, production, and client management for weddings and events
- Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other service providers
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Assist with the management of the budget for sales and operations activities
- Prepare and distribute sales reports and other data analysis as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Once client is ready to secure, they will need to review travel agreements and ensure details are correct before sent out
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases
- Work closely with the travel team to ensure a seamless transition of client files
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure all operational activities are efficient and effective to deliver high-quality services to clients

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Travel & Tourism (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wedding and events industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed
- TICO Certifiicate is an asset
