**About our Company**:
Healthier Living Health Centre is not your typical health care office. We are a relatively new and rapidly growing multidisciplinary clinic with several compassionate, caring and highly skilled professionals: osteopaths, naturopathic doctors, psychotherapist, dietitian, physiotherapist and life and wellness coach, located in the medical building in Central South Mississauga with free onsite parking.

Our exceptional customer service and patient centered approach has helped us to grow quickly and we now have a great position for a Naturopathic Doctor to come in and serve our patients.

**What we're looking for**:

- A part time naturopathic doctor to join our growing, hard-working, and family-like team. Someone who values seeing people IN PERSON at least for some of the sessions.
- Certification in Functional Medicine and knowledge and experience with Plant Based Nutrition is a big plus (but not a requirement).
- Someone who is upbeat, friendly and who truly loves people. Our practice model is based first and fore-most on providing a world-class client experience that is 5 stars and gets people to rave about us to their friends and family.
- Someone who knows how to quickly build trust and is motivated to form long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Team players only. We have a strict no-ego office policy :)
- Fun - we work hard but play hard too

**Skills required**:

- The ability to translate complex concepts in a way that patients can easily understand, so they can stay compliant and make good decisions about their health
- The ability to easily build and develop trust, therapeutic alliance, and great relationships with clients so they stay on their plan of care and are eager to return and refer friends and family
- Self and professional accountability: go the extra mile when needed, seek out information when you have to, maintain all necessary licenses to practice, pro-actively seek out and engage in activities that further your knowledge and skills.
