We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties

- Typical Duties include but are not limited to _
Daily Duties
- Update each Repair Order with notes as needed
- Contact all customers with a vehicle ready for delivery, ensure all files deductible and or betterment charges are confirmed. Ensure payment method is discussed.
- Manage all incoming calls from customers inquiring about their repair
- Create all customer final accurate repair invoice
- Entering all parts and supplies invoices in the system
- Send statements to all customers
- Enter payments from customers
Customer Greeting Process
- Responsible for the initial contact with customers during the normal working day
- Be able to identify customers needs and adhere to it (Customer Pay Estimate/ Insurance Photos)
- When customers are dropping off vehicles ensure that the authorization to repair is performed. Ensure that the keys are obtained from the customer.
- Ensure you ask the customer to remove personal contents and parking passes, garage door openers, sun glasses, etc.
- File all paperwork accurately
- Scan appropriate documents to file
**Experience/Skill Requirements**
- Experience providing customer service in a service or retail environment.
- Functional/Technical knowledge:
- Microsoft Office-Management System (Mitchell Repair Center)-QuickBooks
- Personable and Good Attitude
- Highly organized; ability to multitask
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Motivated, follows instructions
- Works well under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday form 7am-4pm
- Friday 6:30 -Noon
Work Location: In person
