- Designing and developing training materials, including manuals, online learning modules, and training videos, tailored to meet the needs of our team;
- Establishing a structured training and development framework that aligns with our company's goals, values, and evolving skill requirements;
- Collaborating with department leads to identify training needs and develop customized programs to address those needs;
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of training content to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards and best practices;
- Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in training and development to continually enhance our training initiatives;
- Working in a bilingual environment.

- Concevoir et développer des supports de formation, notamment des manuels, des modules d'apprentissage en ligne et des vidéos de formation, adaptés aux besoins de notre équipe ;
- Établir un cadre structuré de formation et de développement qui s'aligne sur les objectifs et les valeurs de notre entreprise, ainsi que sur l'évolution des exigences en matière de compétences ;
- Collaborer avec les responsables de département pour identifier les besoins en formation et développer des programmes personnalisés pour répondre à ces besoins ;
- Procéder à des révisions et à des mises à jour régulières du contenu de la formation afin d'en garantir la pertinence et la conformité avec les normes et les meilleures pratiques du secteur ;
- Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances et technologies en matière de formation et de développement afin d'améliorer continuellement nos initiatives de formation ;
- Travailler dans un environnement bilingue.
