**Job Description**:
Logistics
- Co-ordinate outbound shipments
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Maintain shipping quotes and keep track of rates
- Manage key relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare shipment documents (Custom documents, FDA notices, BOLs, courier labels)

Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Monitoring accounts receivable
- Month end reconciliations
- Entering cheque stubs
- Recording deposits and remittances
- Processing and filing invoices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
