- Demonstrate a profound understanding of mining business processes, finding opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Mining Operations Mastery: Showcase expertise in mining operations, providing strategic insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Technology Background in IT/OT: Possess a strong technology background, especially in Information technology (IT) Operational Technology (OT), and leverage this knowledge to drive technological advancements in the mining sector.
- Have a deep understanding of core operational systems within the mining industry, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to build value in mining operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of key players in the mining industry, understanding their roles, contributions, and industry influence.
- Sales Expertise - New Logo Acquisition: Demonstrate a consistent track record in full sales, with a focus on acquiring new logos within the mining sector.
