- Job Description***:
Reporting to the Manager, Employee & Strategic Partneships, the Employee Experience Support Partner is responsible for supporting employee experience team members and client departments with a variety of services related to recruitment, onboarding, employee development, engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not listed in order of priority)**:
1. Provide assistance to Employee Experience team members and Manager on employee experience activities including routine and special recruitment initiatives, onboarding, employee development, engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.

2. Fulfill client requests for employee experience information including recruitment-related; provide information related to employee experience policies, practices and procedures.

3. Review and post internal and external job competition postings, including co-ordination of job postings on County website, and external sites. Create advertising and post on external job boards. Respond to internal and external applicant inquiries relative to postings and advertisements; refers to appropriate staff, as necessary.

4. Assist with the review of resumes and short lists those that meet the minimum qualifications.

9. Maintain necessary records pertaining to new and rehired employees including:

- set up electronic employee files in SharePoint;
- set up new hires in SAP, audit electronically uploaded information in SAP and manually keying the balance of required information;
- maintain job descriptions and salary info in Deltek for postings

10. Collect and analyze statistical data for Employee Experience functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement and Retention.

11. Develop and maintain spreadsheets with recruitment and other Employee Experience related information which may include:

- Maintain Job Postings Tracking spreadsheet in order to monitor advertising billings and payments, provide information as needed on productive/successful sources, cost per hire, etc.
- Maintain weekly Long Term care Recruitment statistics
- Maintain Long Term Care Applicant and Offer Tracking spreadsheets

12. Assist Employee Experience team members and the Manager, Employee & Strategic Partnerships with various clerical functions such as booking meetings, booking boardrooms/hotel rooms, taking minutes, preparing offer letters, employment agreements, and other documents for new hires, making photocopies, sending faxes, maintaining supplies, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, etc., as appropriate.

13. Provide administrative support to the Manager, Employee & Strategic Partnerships on various employee experience activities (employee development, workforce planning, succession planning, LEAN initiatives, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and retention.) This may involve assistance in preparing PowerPoint presentations, social media content, pulse surveys, researching and reporting on best practices, booking/coordinating events, etc.).

14. May provide input on recruitment policies and procedures and may recommend new policies and procedures, as appropriate, in order to meet client department’s particular needs.

15. Update Employee Experience team members on any relevant issues.

16. Participate on committees, work groups, task forces and various HR-related projects, as assigned.

17. Provide back up support to the other HR Support Partners as needed.

18. Perform other duties as assigned, in accordance with departmental objectives.

19. Comply with provincial and County occupational health and safety legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.

20. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

**EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND CERTIFICATION**:

- Successful completion of a three (3) year Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Post graduate diploma/certificate in Human Resources Management would be considered an asset.
- CHRP designation would be considered an asset.
