**Technical Support Specialist - CHC Paint and Auto Body Supplies (GTA)**

**Location**: Greater Toronto Area
**Reports to**: Director of Sales - CHC Paint and Auto Body Supplies

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform product demonstrations and line trials for both prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct in-shop product training for new and existing accounts as required.
- Identify and resolve product failures by diagnosing systemic causes and recommending solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist with resolving colour issues for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales and installation of new products and equipment.
- Provide technical reviews of the repair process to ensure proper product usage, maximizing customer output and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Equipment practices during all work activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive refinishing.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, attend customer calls within varying hours.
- Knowledge of paint, chemical processes, and refinishing products.

**Tools and Equipment**:

- Company vehicle
- Personal computer and telephone (provided)

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to tolerate various work environments, including exposure to high/low temperatures and occasional inclement driving conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of automotive refinishing experience.
- Strong colour matching skills and
- I-CAR certifications are highly desirable.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
