**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain existing relationships with established builder partners.
- Prospect, pitch, and close sales deals for security solutions with new homeowners.
- Forge partnerships with home builders to integrate our security solutions for their clients.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive sales growth by presenting security solutions to potential builder partners.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the security or a related industry.
- Proficiency in articulating technical details in a customer-friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance with organizational software, technology, and best practices.
