About the Role

This position involves performing high-quality Breast Imaging procedures using digital equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring respectful communication with patients and team members, as well as participating in teaching and training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography and breast interventional procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Digital quality assurance to meet mammography accreditation standards
  • Screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Complete breast interventional procedures
  • Ensure respectful communication with patients and team members
  • Prioritize ongoing education and training to maintain certifications and meet hospital requirements
Requirements
  • Certification by the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
  • Current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
  • Previous experience in Breast Imaging, including Mammography certification and continuing education
  • BCLS program or current Level II: Basic Rescuer certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate respectfully
Salary and Benefits

$38.05 - $50.24 per hour, plus competitive benefits package including HOOPP pension plan, transit access, flexible work environment, and opportunities for development and promotions.
