Front Desk Receptionist/ap Clerk

**Position summary**
Position entails answering phones, meeting & greeting clients, handling all incoming mail/packages, assisting with accounts payable and supporting various departments with filing, photocopying and special projects as needed.
**Primary duties and responsibilities**
- Answering, assisting, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals/departments
- Greeting visitors/Reps/clients, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
- Receive and distribute mail daily
- Input of Accounts Payable; verification of invoices, 2-way matching and cheque printing
- Filing
- Letter writing
- Special projects
- Travel arrangements
- Ordering office supplies/coffee/milk
- Assist President, Project/Production/Office Managers with other tasks as requested
**Education and experience**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
**Knowledge and skills**
- Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of Acomba Accounting software an asset
- Language skills - Fluently bilingual both written & oral
**Salary**: to be discussed per experience
