Vous souhaitez vous joindre à l’une des entreprises à la croissance la plus rapide au Canada pour la 3e année consécutive? KBD Assurance est à la recherche d’un courtier d’assurance agréé pour se joindre à notre bureau de Dorval, au Québec, à titre de service et de vente.

Nous sommes un courtier d’assurance habitation, automobile et entreprise avec des bureaux à Montréal et à Ottawa. Notre culture est dynamique et axée sur le travail d’équipe. Au fur et à mesure que notre entreprise continue de croître, les possibilités d’avancement augmenteront également.

**Salaire et avantages sociaux**:

- 38k à 75k (selon l’expérience) plus commission, vacances, jours flexibles, assurance collective payée à 100% par l’entreprise et bonus annuel

**Responsabilités**:

- Analyser, comprendre et identifier les risques / besoins des clients actuels et potentiels;
- Offrir des produits appropriés en fonction des besoins des clients;
- Expliquer les couvertures de manière simplifiée;

**Qualifications**:

- Maîtrise du français requise, anglais un atout
- Détenir une certification AMF (de préférence);
- Détenir un diplôme AEC en assurance de dommages (un atout) ou une solide expérience de travail;
- Bon sens de l’organisation;
- Personnalité extravertie et dynamique - à l’aise dans un rôle axé sur le service à la clientèle;
- Être à l’aise avec la technologie et les ordinateurs;
- La connaissance d’Intact est obligatoire, la connaissance de base de L’Unique et Economical est un bonus, mais pas nécessaire

**Personal Lines Insurance Broker (Service + Sales)**

We are a home, car and business insurance broker with offices in Montreal and Ottawa. Our culture is dynamic and team oriented. As our company continues to grow, so will the opportunities for advancement.

**Salary and benefits**:

- 38k to 75k (depending on experience) plus commission, vacation, flexible days, 100% company-paid group insurance, and annual bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, understand, and identify risks/needs of current and potential clients;
- Offer appropriate products based on client needs;
- Explain coverages in a simplified way;

**Qualifications**:

- French fluency required, English an asset
- Hold an AMF certification (preferred);
- Have a completed AEC diploma in property and casualty insurance (an asset) or solid work experience;
- Good organizational skills;
- Outgoing and dynamic personality - comfortable in a customer service-oriented role;
- Comfortable with technology and computers;
- Knowledge of Intact is mandatory, basic knowledge of L'Unique and Economical is a bonus, but not necessary
