**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for office staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping as needed.
- Provide support for clerical duties, ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Proficient in QuickBooks is an asset
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
