**Triumph Tool Ltd is hiring **We are one of Canada's leading distributors of high quality metal cutting tools and related niche products, with our head office in Guelph and branches located in Woodbridge and Windsor. We have the following position available in our Guelph office:

- **Reporting Administrative Clerk**

As a Reporting Admin Clerk, your primary responsibility is to support the reporting and administrative functions within the organization. You will be tasked with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to generate reports that provide valuable insights to management. Your attention to detail, proficiency in data management, and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Collection & Entry**
- Collect data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Enter data accurately into designated databases.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure information is up-to-date and consistent.

**Report Generation**
- Generate reports based on predefined formats and templates.
- Customize reports as needed to fulfill specific requirements.
- Ensure reports are produced accurately and on time.

**Data Analysis**
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, & discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.

**Documentation Management**:

- Organize and maintain documentation related to reporting processes and procedures.
- Assist in updating documentation as processes evolve or improve.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Communicate effectively with team members & management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to gather information & resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in meetings to discuss reporting requirements and progress.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post secondary degree or diploma; additional education or certification in administration, data management, or related work experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on data entry or reporting.
- Very proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with database management systems and reporting tools is advantageous.
