**About the role**

Voici une belle opportunité pour vous, chers étudiants en assurances de dommages, pour e débuter votre carrière

Nous cherchons des agents à l'indemnisation, temps partiel pour notre équipe grandissante.

**Horaire de travail : l’horaire peut s’ajuster selon vos disponibilités. Minimum de 15h par semaine.***

**Milieu de travail**: Ce poste peut être en télétravail ou à partir de n’importe lequel des bureaux au Québec soit: Anjou, St-Hyacinthe, Montréal et Québec)

Vous serez responsable de fournir une assistance administrative et un service à la clientèle de première ligne de qualité dans le règlement des réclamations d'assurance.

**Le quotidien d’un étudiant à l’indemnisation**:
Sous la supervision du Directeur d'unité, indemnisation, vous supporterez l'équipe d'indemnisation automobile dans les opérations quotidiennes tel que:

- Préparer des formulaires et de la correspondance à l’intention des clients d’assurance, des fournisseurs et des représentants légaux.
- Gérer le stockage des fichiers et le processus de récupération pour les fichiers fermés.
- Fournir divers soutiens administratifs tels que la photocopie, la numérisation, etc.
- Ouvrez de nouvelles réclamations et affectez les experts en sinistre appropriés.
- Traiter, coordonner, trier et distribuer la correspondance entrante.
- Traiter les paiements dans les dossiers de réclamation.
- Identifier les améliorations apportées aux processus de gestion.
- Enthousiaste et allumé
- Habile avec l’informatique et capable d’apprendre de nouveaux systèmes
- Organisé et vous avez un sens de l'engagement fort
- Axé expérience client, vous êtes soucieux d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle
- Joueur d’équipe toujours prêt à collaborer
- Structuré et reconnu pour votre souci du détail et la qualité de votre travail

**Voici ce que nous recherchons chez nos futurs étudiants**:

- Études collégiales en cours dans le domaine suivant: Assurance de dommages (AEC ou DEC)
- Minimum 3 mois à 1 an d’expérience de travail.
- Capacité d’effectuer constamment à un niveau supérieur en ce qui concerne l’exactitude et le volume de travail effectué.
- Compétences en communication efficaces en mettant l’accent sur le service à la clientèle.
- Aucune expérience de travail canadienne n’est toutefois requise ne doit être admissible à travailler au Canada.
- Maitrise du français écrit et parlé
- Anglais Intermédiaire sera considéré comme un atout
