**HOURLY RATE**: $19.45

**AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Realty Services, provides program and administrative support to the Realty Services section, assisting in day-to-day duties. Ensures effective delivery of programs, services and responds to general inquiries received by the Realty Services section.
- Provide administrative support as related to the area of work, including physical and digital filing, assisting with the backlog of files and insurances, completing physical and electronic files, and archiving them, and communicating with the team.
- Perform quantitative/qualitative research to identify information as requested.
- Support with data and information collection, entry, investigation, and tracking as required.
- Assists and provides support with section deliverables including proposals, research, benchmarking, project plans, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Provide excellent client service, including responding to requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Maintain an understanding of department programs and services.
- Support key business initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Understand, adhere to, and enforce Corporate Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures and Health and Safety Standards for all participants and staff.
- Attend meetings/training as required.
**SELECTION CRITERIA**:
**EDUCATION**:
- Student must be pursuing a related post-secondary degree, i.e. business, real estate, property assessment, urban studies, economics, finance, or law.
**OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS**:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of discipline specific principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Office programs including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong writing and presentation development skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- **Preference will be given to students that have a permanent residency in Brampton._
- **Various tests and/or exams may be administered as part of the selection criteria._
