Administrative/executive Assistant

Among their communication roles, they will maintain regular correspondence with Membership, execute an ongoing Social Media Plans and assist in mainstream media communications. They will be the communications liaison between the E.D. and Board & Committees ensuring documentation is managed, coordinating meetings and appointments. As such, the role requires high proficiency in office computer and communications skills, ie: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Canva, SM platforms (Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn).
Assisting the E.D., they will liaise between Coordinators and management. Their additional people skills will equip them to further assist Programming by scheduling tutor appointments, managing the booking room calendar, maintain Reference Library and preparing materials for Tutor orientation and training. Scheduling volunteer appointments and schedules as required.
Training and experience in the non-profit world working in a team environment with a shared vision and enthusiasm in reaching goals will make this the perfect job for you. Over five years of background in this setting would be beneficial. Volunteer leadership experience, a self-starter and independent manager, team leadership qualities in abundance will all help ensure success.
