Business Development Manager

Grandway Marketing is a digital marketing company specialized in web design in Halifax, as well as SEO, branding and more. We primarily work with small businesses to help them succeed online.
We are looking for a business development manager to join Grandway Marketing.
This position features schedule flexibility and opportunity for advancement and growth but it comes with a lot of responsibility as well.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research potential clients
- Outbound B2B Sales
- Follow-up
- Book appointments for sales manager
- Follow up with past clients to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products
- Request reviews and referrals
- Maintain all activity records in CRM
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent sales and negotiating skills
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Highly organized
- Comfortable with commission and creating your own paycheck
- Quick learner
- Knowledge/experience in web design and/or online marketing an asset but not required
- **Compensation**:
- $1,000 to $2,500 per week
- $500 average per sale / 10 - 20 sales per month (realistic targets)
- Residual commissions on monthly recurring services
- Performance bonuses
- Vacation bonuses
**Work Environment / Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday during regular business hours (9 am to 5 pm)
- Work From Home
- Lots of flexibility as long as targets are met
