- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Technicien(ne) en administration pour combler un poste permanent à temps complet au sein de son Service de prévention et promotion de la santé, situé à l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.
- Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le/la Technicien(ne) en administration:
- Effectue des travaux liés à la gestion clinico-administrative des dossiers d’invalidité (assurance-salaire, lésions professionnelles et autres invalidités);
- Soutient le personnel et les cadres pour toute question ayant trait aux champs d’activités relevant de sa compétence;
- Définit la stratégie de gestion des dossiers clinico-administratifs afin d’assurer une gestion optimale favorisant le retour au travail durable;
- S’assure du respect des différentes lois du travail associées à la gestion des dossiers d’invalidité ainsi que des dispositions des conventions collectives;
- Agit comme personne-ressource en matière de gestion des dossiers d’invalidité auprès des gestionnaires;
- Dans le cadre des dossiers qui lui sont attribués, agit comme représentante de l’employeur.

Tâches spécifiques:
- Appliquer les procédures entourant la gestion clinico-administrative des dossiers d’invalidité;
- Apprécier les pièces justificatives remises et en évaluer la conformité;
- Obtenir, le cas échéant, les pièces justificatives contenant l’information requise pour compléter le dossier;
- Identifier la stratégie d’intervention et prendre les décisions qui s’imposent pour une gestion optimale;
- Faire l’analyse du dossier et évaluer la nécessité de procéder à une évaluation ou expertise médicale;
- S’assurer de la conformité du mandat adressé au médecin expert;
- Procéder à la mise à jour continue (support papier et informatique) des dossiers;
- Faire les liens avec les autres services de la Direction des ressources humaines, des communications et des affaires juridiques pour certains dossiers nécessitant leur collaboration;
- Participer aux processus des autres services de la Direction des ressources humaines, des communications et des affaires juridiques nécessitant la collaboration du Service de prévention et promotion de la santé;
- Effectuer, à la demande de son supérieur immédiat, toute autre tâche connexe.

L'horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 16h00.- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) avec spécialisation en techniques administratives ou dans une discipline appropriée d’une école reconnue par le ministère de l’Éducation;
- Possède une expérience dans le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (un atout);
- Détient une bonne connaissance des conventions collectives et des répertoires de conditions de travail du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (un atout);
- Possède de bonnes habiletés en informatique;
- Aime travailler en équipe;
- Est orienté vers l’amélioration continue;
- Possède une bonne capacité d’adaptation;
- Fait preuve d'un bon sens de l’organisation;
- Sait prioriser et gérer son stress;
- Sait faire preuve de discrétion;
- Possède un bon sens de l'initiative;
- Possède une bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Est ouvert aux changements et aux principes d’amélioration continue en matière de santé et sécurité.
